Invoicing
Invoices are raised for each visit you make to the consultant after the consultation or treatment has taken place. This allows us to keep up to date with our invoicing, and also means that you or your insurance company do not receive one enormous bill at the end of your treatment. It also allows us and you to sort out any problems as soon as possible, for example, finding that your policy may not cover your proposed treatment.
Our invoice covers only the consultant’s charges for consultations and procedures. If you have to undergo tests or procedures there will also be charge levied by the hospital and possibly the anaesthetist, so you may receive more than one invoice for any single visit. It is not possible (except for Fixed Price Quotes and Pay-As-You-Go) to levy a single fee for a single visit as we are all different trading entities.
